Place the TRAVELING RING around the JACK BAR abd slide the MAIN HANDLE up through the TRAVELING RING (as shown below) , then slide the forked end of E-Z HANDLYN over the JACK PIN.

Bring E-Z HANDLYN upright into a vertical position with the trailer jack, and replace the WIRE PIN and RUBBER GRIP, making sure to secure the stabilizing cable to the screw at the top of the jack lid.
Be sure to check the lever bar, it should be sitting against the jack body.
